First Choice Services Story

Owners Thomas and Brena Randle are from Sherwood, Arkansas. Thomas took an early direction into the trade with schooling and years of experience to become a licensed HVAC contractor. He began his career by working for two HVAC companies and one refrigeration company before starting his own company. With Brena’s strong background in customer service and leadership they started First Choice Services.

In 2022, Thomas started helping one of his mentors, Mr. Rob Shirley with Air Done Just Right and in 2023 after 40 years in the industry Mr. Shirley decided to retire and bless our family by letting us take over his company and to continue his legacy on quality service and customer service.

We improve our clients' lives by making them comfortable. We are micro-environment specialists. Within a home or building is a micro-environment that can be controlled by the people inside. Our job is to give our clients all the tools and technology necessary to create the perfect environment and maintain it. We're able to do this by having an understanding of the available technology and being able to know which technology will be the best fit for any particular structure. Then we install and maintain the system so our clients never have to worry about comfort.
